Asking For Husband, Male 27, karachi
My Husband who's 27 years old now has been a victim of chronic trapezius pain for 8+ years. He has been working out in the gym for the past 10+ years and for the first 6 years the pain was only in his trapezius muscle but for the past 2 years he's been feeling pain just above his elbow near the medial head of triceps brachii. The tricep pain started just 2 years ago but is severe and so much soo that has left him unable to use his phone with right hand He has been to many doctors and has done pretty much every type of physiotherapy. (Tens, dry needling, light therapy, Cold and heat therapy, electric stimulation,, ROM,, )
Trapezius pain and tricep pain is on the same side and the opposite side completely fine. (right side of the body)
When does the pain occur? *Trapezius pain occurs whenever he sleeps on his right side by mistake.he has completely stopped sleeping on his right side. *whenever sitting upright without any back support. *prolong car drives.

AA pain releive only on sleeping
any medication or any investigation u have done before

your description is too much focused on specific areas. May be the problem is not there.
for example... medial head of tricep is not "just above the elbow".
i feel start fresh with good clinical examination, then relevant investigations then diagnosis can be made.

I've had MRI done and check from a neuro consultant. MRI was clear. I dont have the mri with me, so can't post it here.
