Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Lahore

I have severe pain in heel from 1 year. It increases when i wake up in the morning or get up after taking rest. The pain is worsening and going up towards leg.. I had two csaerians with a gap of 10 months. I have attached uric acid report currently I'm taking iberet folic and osnate D one tablet daily. Please guide me as to why it could be, what should I do

your symptoms are of Plantar Fascitis with tightness of calf muscles.
uric acid is normal.
for treatment, start doing stretching exercises, Physio treatment, massage and pain killers.

I agree with Dr Muhammad's comment. It is most likely Planter Fascitis. Treatment modalities include stretching exercises, analgesics, appropriate shoe wear and shockwave therapy. You should repeat serum uric acid level, as a precaution, as in the previous report it is near the upper normal level.

you most likely have plantar fasciitis along with possibly heal spur if you have flat feet. we can diagnose that with laser optical scanner for 3 arch support issues.
