Muhammad Imran from Sharjah UAE my both foot PF release surgery done in 2017 & 2018 now from last one month feeling pain back side of Heel with swelling After X Ray & ultrasound here Dr diagnosed Heel Sour & Achilles Tendinitis i am chemist & doing work in Lab not all time standing but some time more standing job Dr advise Dicliofenac with anti inflammation but still pain same kindly help me what i have to do
With your problem the solution is use of appropriate anti inflammatory medicines like Flurbiprofen and silicon soles and proper foot splints which I am sure will be easily available in Sharjah. Light regular physiotherapy for ankle and calf muscles also help relieve stiffness and inflammation.

Dear Doctors asslam-o-alikum
please be informed that after surgery of my PF still i am using Dr Scholl brand insole
now the problem is as i will join office after 2 to 3 hours pain will start & when i will lay down on bed then i cant keep my feet straight especially right foot because when mattress touch my heel backside then i feel worst pain after 3 to 4 hours i will feel better.
i am taking Diclofenac , Omeprazole & one anti inflammation tablet but still pain same kindly tell me what is the permnent solution for this disease medicine , Surgery or what?

Its recurring condition. You have to do stretch physio... And lifestyle modification.. See what posture makes it worse... Avoid prolong standing and waling... You can try anti. Inflammatory....
Hi, you need to be examined by orthopaedic surgeon, however if it is achilis tendinitis then physiotherapy and surgery are options. Thanks
your heel spur is small and ultrasound has clearly mentioned Achilles tendinosis...focus your physio on that.
if symptoms persist, then surgery for Achilles.

from last 20 days i am taking medicines Brexin, Omeprazole , Ibuprofen Cream & one anti inflamtion but still pain same swelling same.
please tell me final treatment for this disease i am tired with this & also chance to loose my job due to this disease i cant walk right foot more pain same swelling there backside of heel
if surgery required then which type of surgery & recovery time please please reply.
