Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on I Have Backache Problem..

Dear Sir,I have backache Problem and it's very severe I can't bear this pain.I did a lot of cure from many doctors but I have still that problem I can't sleep from this backache so kindly tell me the proper treatment for that I will be very thankful to you for that.I am really very upset for myself.
