I have done X-ray but in Xray it doesn't show much discomfort but when i put load on left knee it Twisted, normally in during nmaz when i sit and then i try to stand up at that moment knee joint Twisted.

if X-ray is normal and you have pain, clicking, locking or giving way feeling in your joint, then you will need an MRI scan of your knee to look for soft tissue injuries inside the joint.
