AoA Age 33, Height 6ft, Weight 94Kg My knees pop whenever i straighten my leg from bending position after some time. Happening since 6 months. There is no pain but it feels relieved when it pops. Happens all the time even while offering prayer. I feel restlessness in area just above the knees. Laat time it happened with pain and dr prescribed a course of vitamin D inj and mathycobal. But now there is no pain. Just a restless feeling in knees that makes me straighten the leg and it feels relived when it pops. Note that I walk 5 times a week for 40mins per day. Please help. Thanks.

-stop sitting on floor for Two weeks.
-do stretching exercises and Physio
-apply local hot/cold massage at site of pain
-apply brufen/dicolran gel
if symptoms don't settle then MRI KNEE.
