you need arthoscopic reconstruction of your ACL and partial meniscectomy as well. Please get yourself physically examined as well.

wallycum aslam. The report mentioned injury to your one main ligament of your knee ,which holds your knee and thigh bone in strong and stable condition. The report mentioned grade 1/2 tear of ACL , which means can be managed without surgery . the other issue is some tear of your cushion of knee ,mean meniscus. again there are various options to treat , as you are young, these injuries should be treated well to save your knee from early degenerative changes. you can book an appointment with me on line.
