I hv major pactoral muscle (left side) also with anxiety n panic disorder. I cant do any household. I m v upset. is there any permanent solution for this prblm ? usually feels pain in my left arm chest shoulder back n arm even If I do any work with little pressure. guide me plz for permanent treatment

get checked up by orthopaedic surgeon. you will need examination.
There is no disorder by the terms used by yourself. If you have pain in left side of neck, shoulder and arm, there are three possibilities. You may have this pain coming from your cervical spine( neck vertebrae), your cause of pain may be inflammation of shoulder capsule ( Capsulitis) or you may have fibromyalgias.
To reach a diagnosis you need to see your nearest orthopedic surgeon with XRays of shoulder and cervical spine and results of Fasting blood sugar and Arthritis profile.
If you have pain in front of chest going down your arm you must see a cardiac physician. If everything is normal you may have anxiety and you should receive proper treatment for that.

got checked by chordiologist. done ecg many times. everything is normal. I m just worried about my anxiety n pains.

Thank you for asking opinion. Most of the time pain radiates from neck to shoulder and arm. You need to be examined by orthopedic surgeon and i can provide further treatment afterwards.
