Asking for Self Male 27 , Islamabad
from past 6months or so i am experiencing pain in left heel. i changed the joggers too when i go for jogging. i jog 3km in a day for 3-4 times in a week around 4pm to 6pm. once time in the past(3 years back) I had pain pulses in my testical area, in urin test the pus cell value are recorded higher then normal. please explain what is going on with me.
