dear sir. five months ago i was praying in juma mubarek and i was sitting in by bending my two legs after juma prayer i was feeling worse pain in my right side knee.within this period i consult two doctor and took medicine but didnt feel well.when ever i go by walk the pain worse but it is bearable. sir what will you suggest for me pls write any prescription..thanks

At your age most likely you got osteoarthritis of knees. You need to get Xray of knees and examined by orthopedic surgeon.

if the pain came up suddenly then you need to get some investigations to find out the cause.
examination and X-ray is first thing.
you might have damage to tissues inside the knee which can be confirmed on examination and will need camera operation to clean it out. simple and effective procedure.
