I have a problem that whenever i do walk or some physical activity then severe pain start in my leg specially in the area of ankle but i have observe that it happen sometimes and sometimes not

The most common reason in young adults for this kind of pain is muscle fatigue due to lactic acid accumulation in muscles after exercise for which drinking lots of water, deep breathing and gradually increasing exercise helps. Other causes can include bone weakness due to vitamin D deficiency and microfractures of the bone due to running long distances or short distances in heavy patients. In the elderly the pain can be due to knee or ankle arthritis. I would suggest you see an Orthopedic surgeon in your city and get it checked.
