I'm facing shin splints while running. I'm part of belt force and running practice is compulsory for me so kindly inform me with a permanent solution of shin splints. I have practice a long time but pain still there that's why i'm asking you.
First exclude other pathologies like stress fracture or chronic compartment syndrome. If your case is diagnosed you need sufficient time off running. May be 4 to 6 weeks than gradually develop your stamina. Run on smooth surface with good quality shoes. You can use crepe bandage applied during running and pain killers as well. With time it goes off ultimately.

sir i have done running practice gradually almost more than 14 months last year but pain still there.that's why I'm so much in stress

There are about 4 causes for your complaint. You need to see an orthopaedic
surgeon. You will however need to cut down on the running, use better
quality running shoes and run on a soft surface.
Sir i have already consult a orthopedic surgen and used medicine almost 2 weeks according to doctor instructions but pain still there whenever i want to run.
