Please attach MRI ! In the meantime , maintain your neck posture and avoid bending and dont indulge activities requiring bending your neck for long period of time. For a complete check up , Try to visit with your MRI !

MRI helps in confirming the diagnosis but alone without proper clinical examination is rarely helpful in making diagnosis. You should see an orthopaedic surgeon for proper examination and diagnosis. MRI findings alone may be misleading, at times.
