Talk to Pediatrician on Nappy Rash, Bumps On Hand And Feet And Rash Under Neck

My daughter is 1 year old and experiencing bad nappy rash that go out of nappy area and don't seem to hurt mostly. they do have pimples sometimes without any pus. I have kept her diaper free most of the day for about 4 days, used following sudocrem, fucicort, anti fungal cream , cutipro cream, rashnal, cocunut oil and one cream that was to be kept refrigerated and its oral version. (will update names ) Nothing is helping its just getting bad and hurts now and then I have also noticed small bumps on hands and feet now there are red pimples on face and rash in crevices of neck. I keep her in ac most of the time I don't get what's causing all this.
