My son is 3.4 years old. recently I have noticed him keeping his fingers like this while walking and standing.. Is it arthritis kr any disorder.. if it is plz recommend a doctor in karachi.

If there is no swelling over joints, it is unlikely to be arthritis.
It may be some muscle or nerve problem or just habitual.
