Please give detailed history,
Get direct and indirect bilirubin
As at 11 days total bilirubin can be raised due to physiological jaundice, so cant say anything without detailed history and other reports

What is the history of this patient? I can not comment, unless there is a detailed history. Looking at the reports, the baby has high serum bilirubin which is not direct bilirubinemia mainly. TSH being nromal.

If indirect bilirubin is more than 10 mg/dl. (bilirubin is conjugated), stool colour is normal. Baby is healthy looking taking feed good. Reports are ok
Jaundice May clear within few days.

AOA
TSH level is normal
Billirubin is raised, need to know level of direct and indirect Billirubin
level. Most common cause is physiological Jaundice that can be subside
spontaneously within 2wks,expose your baby to sun for at least 30mins/day.
Consult your Pediatrician

Only mild jaundice and need follow up if mother and baby blood group is not incompatible
