Talk to Psychiatry on Anxiety Symptoms

i have hepagitis B positive(treatment not requires as it is not harming now) in january 2018, at that time i have depression and i resign job and go home town multan, then i have 4 panic attacks, and in july 2018 was last panic attacks, now gradually i am improving but now i m better and return to job only now i have anxiety symptoms (heart beat increase, short breathing and chest tightness) which is not improving and my blood pressure incraess 130/85 yesterday i checked. Need suggession what should i do to overcome my anxiety and why blood pressure increase as it was 120/80 last time
