I have existential OCD thoughts, have the urge to search on religion, after life, etc etc . On paroxetine CR 37.5 and olanzapine 2.5. clopra didn't suit me previously bcz of side effects, are there further augmentation strategies or the dose can be further increased. Risperidone helped me previously but I can only tolerate upto 0.5 mg because of restless legs
