Talk to Psychiatry on Insomnia And Lost Sens Of Smell

I m a patient of Insomnia since last 2 years and my sens of smell also lost. I took treatment from Dr. Ejaz Warraich opposite to Jinnah Hospital. He gave me such medicines Olepra 5mg Clomfranil 25 Alp 0.5mg Prolexa 1or2 might b others but forget Now i m coming to my point with these medications i could sleep but as medicine decreased by Dr i became again insomnia patient. My sens of smell is not fine and when i take breath cold sensation i feel inside my nose. I went to ENT he told me i dnt hve any disease. So what is my actually problem is and kind request to doctors plz treat me as soon as i will book an appointment through marham or direct appointment i can access. But plz when my medication is on end period same symptoms occurs i dnt want medication entire my life. Now a days i m just using pentoxol and alp 0.5 at night but it wouldn't help.
