Talk to Psychiatry on Psychiatric Medications Issue

My question is for physcatris and my physcatris is out of city so cant get appointment or discussed with her!

i was taking medicine Paraxyal Cr 25Mg vendeep xr 75mg resperidone 2mg Qusel 25mg these medicine were continued same dosage for 4.5 months but due to Ramzan Physcatris adjusted my medicine to half dosage expect Paraxyal now i feel dizziness / چکر آنا while walking or sudden moves while sitting or sleeping medicine dosage change was 1 week ago and from then i m feeling described above what should i do ?
