Talk to Psychiatry on Psychiatrist / Sexuall

I got married in 2017 and after 6 months i Conceived now my baby is 15 months old from the 3rd month of my pregnancy to till date i have not physical relationship with my husband except 2 -3 times i think he has some mental problem because he controls himself very strictly like he erected but control himself or change his deviations like gunnah hojaye ga jesay . I asked him but he said he feels nothing but i don't think so...

I want to mention he has panic issue that's why he take safepram 10mg from past 2 years recommend by doctor. 1 tablet daily but its completeled. now he takes half tablet to get rid of them. I can't understand his behavior what i should to do

Should i consult to psychiatrist or any other doctor

Moreover i want to add that he is very good, loving ,caring and loyal husband i am blessed to have him.but i can't understand his behavior what i should to do please guide me. JazakAllah!
