detailed assessment will be needed to arrive at a diagnosis as there are different conditions such as panic, depression and some tendency of agoraphobia. A detailed history, pre and post morbidity interview would be helpful and pinpoint the nature of condition and appropriate therapeutic protocol can be applied based on the patient's background which should be discussed in person.
