If we talk about genral tips, then i will need you to monitor your mood swings. By monitoring them you will start seeing a pettern and the reasons that compel you to feel like this. Then try to figure them out.

For starters, look into the pattern of your mood swings. By observing them you will see a pattern through which your mood gets worsen. Identify the scenarios and thoughts that let you become irritated. After that you will be able to manage your mood as well. However initially you will have to look for the reason that make your mood go swinging in directions. Please remember, mood never gets down without reasons in most of the cases.
