Im married mother of one year old baby girl. Im so depressed since my pregnancy.. i was living with my family without my husband in my pregnancy.. he was here for the delivery , of course he can’t stay with me for seven months because of his office.. but in my pregnancy i got so disturbed from my in laws .now im living with my husband... i was in severe depression im still in depression now its been more thn a year but no improvement and it is effecting our relationship .. plus he never understands me .. he knows that i’m having depression but he always took it lightly and still taking it lightly..

You may have a mood disorder but not necessarily Clinical Depression. First of all, You need to get it diagnosed by a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. However both of you need counseling by an expert clinical psychologist. in this regard you can contact marham.pk or 042-32591427, .

I think.em also going through depression. .. I don't know properly it's depression or what but nothing in life seems normal to me...
