i married this years after facing thousands of domestic problems at the age of 36, but this marriage is not working, i did not have any better option at that time of marriage so i chosed that last option, now i dont know what to do n where to go? im under high depression n fail to manage myself properly, plz guide

You need to calm down and relax yourself because there may be options to manage the stress related to your married life. See a counselor to find ways for healthy relationship.
