Sorry for replying late.Cough entertains many diseases and difficult to
comnent on x ray alone.Pt symptoms are sufficient to make a diagnosis.
However, detailed history should be obtained.Myetika alone is not
sufficient and may not be an appropriate treatment.

Need proper history, clinical examination and investigations before reaching to a diagnosis.Without diagnosis, treatment is useless.
