Talk to Sexologist on Back Pain, Sensation/Light Pain/Uncomfortable Penis

Hello Doctors,

I am 31 yr Male with no major medical history but have a bit of allergy and a 9mm stone on Left Kidney

Recently I started feeling a bit of pressure/Pain/ Uncomfortable Penis (Shaft area and sometime later it also started to feel in scrotum)... it's like tiredness... and now it's getting better but back pain has been started again (I had 1 stone in the past too which passed itself which was also in Left Kindey)

Now I feel like urinating too much but with very low pressure and by too much I mean 4 to 5 times in an hour

Just need to know if it's the stone movement which is causing all of this or something else ?

As the pain/sensation/tiredness down there is first time so really confused what's happening

I took a URINE DR test as well and it's attached here as well.
