Hi. I am facing this issue like for quite a sometime. I dont feel like doing anything. Lack of energy to get through the chores of the day.. dont feel like doing anything meeting people or going out. Lost my 3 jobs due to this habbit. I have a daughter and i dont want her to get affected.. so i try hard to feed her and make a routine which i fail to do.. sometimes i feel guilty.. what should i do? Im so upset with this.. ????
