Eye ball moving on and can not still stopped at any point
Child is most likely having congenital nystagmus. Get him checked by any near by eye specialist for vision assessment and glasses and eye complete check up is mandatory for such child
That's called nystagmus, you need to consult qualified ophthalmologist as soon as you can

I was blind by birth ....and when i was six mounth ...doctar oprate my eyes and then i started watching things .....but still my eye bolls move ...is there any treatment to stop movment of eye bolls....plz tell me

If your vision is ok then don’t worry about eyeball movement as it’s present since long time and no definitive treatment is available
