Talk to Nephrologist on Ibs Or Abdomen Pain

hello i am 24 years old and suffering from abdomen pain ..i have visited many drs where some called it ibs while others called it infection.... i have lost almost 10-12 kgs in last 3 years... i feel constipated as well as loose stool one day or other day... i had sometimes blood in my stool may be bcz of piles..but my stool is usually soft and loose that floats...i feel constant pain in abdomen which usually increases after passing the stool and body feels exhausted after passing stool...my bp is dropped to 90:60..and i can feel pulse in abdomen.. i have my endoscpy which said reduced deodunum folds while biopsy report said non specific chronic inflammation...i had negative celiac test...i did my ultra sound where my left kidney is smaer than right one and dr said it is normal varient..i am also having itchy skin with spots on my body...skin is dry and becomes redish at times and becomes normal at its own... anyone who can help me out plz bcz i am totally tired of this lifestyle
