I am in braces for the last 2 years. I had class 3 malocclusion. So i had two options jaw surgery or 4 premolars extractions. my orthodontist didnt ask me for jaw surgery, she extracted four premolars which has made my face long, narrow and unhealthy. i looked better before braces but they are refusing to do anything. I am depressed. Please, Is there anyone in lahore who can help me in this hard time, and fix my face :(

Sir i will be coming to your clinic but i just want to know that can i get my face and bite fixed by reopening the spaces and getting necessary implants. My extractions gaps are almost closed. My orthodontost is refusing to do anything, they said me no one in lahore can reverse ur treatment or deny our treatment plan. But my face has become very long and narrow. I just wanted a broad smile and got this tiny smile n long face.

It is saddening to hear about your ordeal. But I am hopeful that your
dentist must have done his/her best to give you an aesthically acceptable
and more importantly, a functional occlusion. Nevertheless if you are not
satisfied, you always have the option to take a second opinion. In
orthodontics, usually those cases which require surgical correction can not
be corrected perfectly without surgery. I suggest you take an opinion from
a properly qualified specialist orthodontist.

Sir you are right. They should have asked me for jaw surgery. But now my condition is more worst. And on the other hand wastage of money and time aswell. Now i wont be able to afford the treatment to make things better
