I am suffering from dippresion and anxiety i always feel that i am going to die.....i never go out alone in ac cars i feel my breath is going to stop doctor suggest me morcet 10mg with inderol 10mg after some time i take morcet 20 mg but after some time its happen again i think that i have heart issue i will die etc
See your medications are ok but you need counselling session because your condition reflects that you have phobia of going out for which systemic desensitisation therapy is required, in this condition. People avoid to go out or places where patient feels uncomfortable or has fear of worse could happen this avoidance behaviour reinforces the condition that is why patient need counselling session along with medications. I do feel all the time that I will die after some time, my heart start pumping fast, and I feel too much fear. What should I do? Please inform me, m going through a worse situation.
do you take morcet regularly or only when you are severely anxious?
