Talk to Ent Specialist on Sore Tounge

Aoa. My daughter has very severe sore tongue from last 3-4 months and her age is 1.5 years. She doesn't eat anything except whole milk,Besides this she is healthy and active.

Please guide me is this a serious issue and which dr should be consulted.
