Talk to Audiologist on Tonsils And Voice Issues

Hi, My sister has tonsils since she was a child. they cause no pain and other issue so we never thought to remove them. But due to tonsils, she can't speak clearly and loudly. This was not an issue until recently when she got admission in uni. now because she can't speak clearly or loudly in class, she has undergone a severe depression and complex. we were treating her for panic attacks but we were not aware of the reason. speaking not clearly had has a bad effect on her. please suggest what to do.
