Talk to Urologist on Male Hormonal Imbalance

I am now a 43 years old man. Many years ago when I reached puberty, I had enlarged breast. They lasted for some years ( I can't actually recall how many years).

Problem: For 15+ years I suffer with sleep disorder that results in lack of energy for all day. I am an IT Professional and spend most of my time on PC.

For last 4 years I have adopted active lifestyle that means 45 minutes walking or cycling every day. - Not a diabetic - Not a smoker Usually BP remains 110 ~ 70 or 100 ~ 60 Please advise. Thanks.
