Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Chest And Left Arm Pain.

AoA, i am siffering from left arm and chest pain on left side from Jan 2017, still problem is not diagnosed... lot of ECGs, 2 times Echo, Xray. my symptoms are 1 pain most of the times in left arm but also on right arm.. which goes to finger tips.. also on back or hands.. 2. chest pain and discomfort on left side. 3. I feel extremely tired after lunch. 4. During intercourse i feel nauseous. 5. pain travel to all over my upper body specially on left side.. back of neck..

kind suggest any good physician in karachi, who can solve my problem i am extremely exhausted now due to this pain and want to live a normal daily life.
