My front upper both teeth are long, wide and out from other teeth. Although I know I need braces to set them down. But I want to trim down the length of front 2 teeth. Is it possible to trim them from sides and from bottom to get some good shape ?

It is not recommended at all to trim teeth like that. You should visit an orthodontist and get the ortho treatment started to get this taken care of.

No never get them trimmed ..they are beautiful ..ideal in shape ..
The reason for un esthetic appearance is that that your lateral incisor needs a build up to come into alignment .
And your deepbite correction by orthodontist will be perfect for your esthetic concern .
Never ever get them trimmed.
Otherwise the whole smile will look total flat .
Now by Aligners you shouldnt be worried about braces ..just get a consultation for Aligners ..
And go for upper lateral incisor build up

Thank you so much for your kind response.. I will definitely not go for bottom trimming.. I went to doctor for aligners he said that your few teeth need trimming little bit from sides for alignmengs instead of tooth extraction. May b just 1 to 5 ml of trimming. Now my mother is worried that trimming is not OK for me... Please pour your advise

Yup for Aligners we do inter promximal reduction (side trimming) and yes thats a part of treatment .

Trimming ur natural front teeth is never advised by any professional

Braces are always the first line of treatment however it can also be treated through cown and bridges to bring them in alignment and make them look asthetically good
Braces should always be the first choice of treatment in ur case however crowns n bridges can be done to make them look asthetically good as a second line of management

If ur dentist has advised so then you can go for it as i cannot comment on it without examination .. Because in ur case ur asthetics require improvement by any means
