For the past Fifteen years, having severe Dandruff, diagnosed as Seborrheic dermatitis. My hair are rough, difficult to manage. can't use mustard oil, because it shines on forehead, and it made my head heavy and it causes sweaty head. In the past have used, Betnovate lotion daily, Stieprox and Stieproxal shampoos. Currently using Conaz shampoo weekly. Not totally satisfied with it, although for 2/3 days scalp is dandruff free, but hair are rough. Any other treatment to have more manageable, silky-like and dandruff free scalp/hair. Expecting more answers from Female Dermatologists as they are naturally more into cosmetic/beauty. thanks

Dear Admin, still no reply, kindly re-email the question to dermatologists.
There are other options for you such as looking into your nutrition and
state of hormonal balance as these predispose to dandruff and SD.also your
body's pH is important in this regard.

so I have to do tests before visiting the clinic. It would be good If you tell me what hormonal tests are required? and how & who would do body pH etc...?
