thanks for reply, kuch din phely doctor ko visit kia, uno na Jo medicine De us sa start ma to aik do din better hui per us k bad dobra sa sanas aur pain ka problem hai, pain b back n shoulder main usi wakt hota hai jub sans ka problem ho

dear
if you are over weight , N ur cholesterol levels r high then go to any cardiologist ,
if it's normal so then ,it's all about cold , whether is changing, due to this reason ,u have got cold , avoid cold drinks ,use coffee ,take steam , avoid exposure ,from hot to cool atmosphere ,I hope this will help you to lower ur back u shoulder pain ,n also cover ur breathing problem.
