Currently taking Clomfranil 25mg 3*OD for Panic Disorder. Experiencing severe Constipation and Dry Mouth. How to tackle constipation and dry mouth?
Clomfranil has this side effect of dry mouth ,constipation,blurred vision and etc.
If your panic disorder is controlled may be you can drink plenty of water, use fiber diet.
And if side effects still bother, medication changes will benefit you.
i think you should talk to you treating psychiatrist to look in to it to manage its side effects thanks

actually next appointment is due in 2 weeks, earlier appointment time isn't available in his schedule, so I asked about it on the forum, what could i take meanwhile to manage these severe symptoms.
its sad that we can't talk to our consultant on phone or whatsapp etc... for a minute to tell the side-effects, not even in emergency case.

I cannot advise you in this regard, because the patient is already on medication and I don't know the proper history, I think you should arrive at doctor's clinic to get an advise as the patient is experiencing these symptoms or get an expert opinion from another psychiatrist if the patient can not wait. thanks
