Aoa. I hope you and your family is doing fine. Brother, I can understand your situation at the moment you are going through but the best part is it is curable. There are multiple factors leading to obesity. One needs to understand whats causing this weight gain. There might beseveral things like overeating, sedantry lifestyle, prevaling in your family, and mostly stress. There are other factors too but the above mentioned are the most common in Pakistan. So now when you know what is causing overweight, you must address that. Start with walking daily and lowering fat intake. Going to Gym straight away will give you no benefit. You can go to gym later when you have stamina to perform vigorous excercise. To get that stamina, start with walking atleat 1 hour per day apart from your daily routine. Low carb and low fat diet are preffered. It will take much time but this is how it works. i hope i was of some benefit to you. JazakAllah Khair.
