Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Sargodha
I had my operation for removal of osteochondroma from left leg’s femur distal end on 1st September 2018. After that i suffer severe neuritis in me foot.nothing helped until i went for physio. The pain is better but still some portion is numb and i feel shrinkage and some pain also.in how much time i would b able to walk(as i can walk according to my bone(femur) condition. ??secondly i’m feeling that my whole left leg is a littile shrinked as compared to right. What the reason and is it b alright by itself??
Dear first thing is that osteochondroma is a self limiting condition. So there is no need of worry. And treatment is mainly supportive, aim is to keep the joint mobile and prevent further morbidity. As far as your concern of little shrinkage is there. For that physio therapy+plus mild specific practice is the best. It’s all because of unused. With time and proper management it will be ok . And you have to take balanced nutrition and calium plus micro elements . You will be able to wake once you strengthen your feet with these guidelines. Thanks
