STD or STI is vast group of diseases like Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chancroid so on. For Syphilis two tests are mostly done VDRL and TPHA. Almost every lab performs it including AKU
For chlamydia infection AKU offers test including Urine test and Swab test

For your knowledge a Dermatologist in addition to a specialist in skin disease, he is also specialist of Sexually Transmitted Diseases. So it would be appropriate that before doing any test, you should consult Dermatologist. So that he takes your history, examines you and would be able to decide that you require any test or not (and which tests , if required). I am at Karachi. You may consult me , if desired

i already contacted with dow lab and agha khan they dont have specific test for Chlamydia , even on website its written that urine and swab test can show result but lab assistant have no information
