I want to ask about my father who has kidey stone in left kidey(19.9cm) and also a cyst at upper side of left kidney that is of 5.5cm.Please guide us about best treatment either laser treatment or kidney removal.Before, he has operated his kidney at the age of 20.I am waiting for your kind response anxiously.

Usually , this size stone can be dealt with Lithotripsy. However u need some tests (RFT, IVU) to see the kidney function. And only then the lithotripsy shall be done.
