ok he need to taper the dose as advised by his doctor and need to take some
stomach cover and calcium for his bone disease
prob.have nephrotic syndrome secondary to minimal change disease but must follow up with a nephrologist and continue treatment.
This disease usually has good outcome and prognosis

Sir, my uncle is a kidney patient their GFR is 11 and he is on dialysis since 2 weeks before , fistula has not been done yet, but due to last dialysis he is feeling fever of 101F and feeling pain under ribs on Both sides ( backside and front side) . any medicine for him you advised please

The response to treatment in children is good and usually self limiting disease by age of 11.
But you should be in close contact to nephrologist
