you should consult dermatologis
Usually the organism causing itch hide itself in clothes
or bedding
or in other family members
so all family member should use the anti scabies ointment
must take bath before application and take bath after two days of application
and wash all clothes and bedding in hot water in put two days in sun

Assalamualaikum sir..
Skin at night when itching ocuur then skin become raddish just for a few minutes.. no sign present on skin..
At night penis and sacrotum around skin more itching kharish.. and both uppers thighs per ..

Only one can give treatment after physical examination so better to go to some dermatologist to get treatment after physical examination most of the times people's use to have steroids cream and it turnout to be some infective leison mostly fungal

i again used scabfree lotion .. all overvthe body .. and cleanup after 12 hour .. but now all over the body itching .. include testis skin and foot around .. only kharish hae bht hoti ha rat k time ..hips per b .. ..

Sir i also used anti scabies and also consult many dermatologist. . but no positive feedback. After a few days again kharish hoti hae back hips per and thighs per and at night time sacrotum penis around the skin.
So wht i do now...
