We also did MRI of cervical spine complete on doctor's advice but it was normal and nothing showed on it. please help and guide me about what can be the possible cause of this pain and how to cure it permanently?

Respected sir/madam. I need to know whether she has pain in any other part
of the body or any joint in the body, does she feel numbness in the hand or
arm.. does pain in neck aggravate on movement of the neck. I would
appreciate if I can see the x ray of neck or MRI of the neck. I am
available for any kind of query

As advised by other doctors
It is very necessary that the patient may be physically examined
by competent doctor as on net diagnosis may be wrong
However as a general advice
It seems to be muscle stiff ness and she need to relax her muscle
This need to be done in two ways
1. Use the Ortho Pillow ( available by molty foam)
it will reduce pressure on neck muscles
2. Do exercises of the neck muscles
physiotherapy exercises will help reduce stiffness and relax the muscle
But remember
Physical examination by doctor is necessary
If the mri u said is normal then u need to consult a physiotherapist... thats ur best chance..
dear pt
use good vit d and calcium supplements, light relaxing massage. consult an orthopedic
