hello, i am married and i have one daughter, she is 3 year old. i have brownish black spots on my face from last 3 to 4 years. its on my cheeks near nose and on nose. its prominent on nose. even i am using healthy food and there is no problem in my blood test. please suggest me something for removing these spots. i am thankful.

I hope you you would be fine.
Use a good sunblock with spf 60 or above daily before going our.
Next use Bleaching agent like 5 percent hydroquinone cream of any brand available there on the spots daily at night for a month or so.
Hopefully In sha Allah they will fade away.
Second do review by a dermatologist if marks are elevated or they donot fade with treatment told.

Your description is consistent with melasma. It is also known as mask of pregnancy. Use a good sunblock and avoid sun exposure as much as possible. For further management see a good dermatologist.
