Assalamoalaykum, doctor i was born a pre mature child probably 2.25 pounds and i used to be sick from that time until 12, after having periods i started gaining weight especially from hips and belly and my periods in the start were saturated but after 2 3 years it got un saturated like i got after 2 3 months and last year it was 6 months no flow! My current weight is 83 kg and i consulted to a gynae she gave me famila 28f and i completed the course still no flow and she also gave me metformin for weight loss and still no weight loss.

Walikum salam. The symptoms you have mentioned points towards hormonal imbalance and polycystic ovarian disease, in which there is weight gain and periods get irregular. You need to focus on losing weight by controling your diet (avoid oily food) and try to do regular exercise. Also you need to continue treatment for at least 3 months or more as needed as adviced by your doctor. You should not expect immediate improvement.
