Any scabicidal lotion is fine, you can ask the local pharmacy for a scabicidal lotion.
Tab zyrtec is safe to take.
Just enough amount to apply on the scalp.

Need proper regimen of treatment with antilice shampoo. Treatment of
contacts is also required as u might be getting reinfested after treatment.
